Clients reviews about Restoration Cleaning & Organizing, LLC

Outstanding communication, very reasonable pricing for the services we received! When I called and spoke with Alice from the start explained my needs, she was more than happy and willing to assist. So impressed me with the fact that I called for move out cleaning services and come to find out they also do carpet cleaning! Holy smokes if that doesn’t make it easier for us as to have a one stop shop and get it all done! Seriously, if you are looking for a professional and honest cleaning service look no further because when I say the owner Germana gets in the trenches to clean along side her employees! She did today, I saw it with my own eyes! This is the company for you! Thank you Restoration Cleaning & Organizing, LLC job well done! ~ G D

To prep my home for sale, I hired their team to do a deep/semi-move-out clean to prepare my house for the market. & WOW - they truly went above and beyond. I could tell how much care, detail, and pride they put into their work. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully staged for showings. They even went the extra mile by tidying up the closet and making sure every detail felt intentional. Germana and the team were not only professional, but also genuinely warm and accommodating. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and how respectful they were of the space. They also checked in afterward to make sure I was happy and even offered to use photos for their portfolio—which speaks volumes about the quality of their work! If you’re selling your home, preparing for guests, or just need a deep refresh—I can’t recommend them enough. Support this small business—you won’t regret it. ~ Jessie B

We have been using Germana for over a year now and couldn’t be happier! We started with the team for the organizational/deep clean services and stayed for their consistent biweekly cleaning. My entire family looks forward to the team being here and how wonderful the house looks when the team is finished. Germana and team are so easy to work with and always flexible when we have things come up outside of our control. I always recommend restoration to any of my friends looking for help with organizing or cleaning. They have truly been life-changing for us ~ Christy B

This was by far the best deep cleaning and carpet cleaning service we've had in 8 years (after trying 3 companies). This specific cleaning service was very detailed oriented and went beyond our expectations. They even recommended organization changes and moved furniture to properly clean areas. I am excited to bring them back to professionally organize closets, the pantry, cabinets, and pressure wash the windows. This company and my cleaners are top-notch and take pride in their work. They truly restore your home! ~ Cherline

Germaina and her team spent a lot of time on my home today. They cleaned all of the areas requested and then some. What would make the service over the top is to come out for a full in person assessment to evaluate the work needed so that all charges are discussed up front with no surprises to Germaina and her crew, as well as for the client. This was my first time using a service so there were some unexpected issues due to a lack of preparation. However, she was open to the feedback and was professional in her responses and demeanor. ~ JuliaAnn R

I had the pleasure of hiring Restoration Cleaning & Organizing for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! This was my first time using their service, and Mary and Ethel went above and beyond. They left my home absolutely immaculate — every corner sparkled, and their attention to detail was truly outstanding. Both ladies were professional, efficient, and so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy cleaning service. I’ll definitely be using them again! ~ Love B

I had a rental property that was in AWFUL shape. I’m talking people that never picked up trash and were hoarders like I’ve never seen…. lesson learned! But Restoration Cleaning and Organizing really helped me get out of this rut! I’m so incredibly thankful for the work they did, they worked it like magic and for a really fair price!! The team at Restoration Cleaning and Organizing are wonderful! We called them when the cleaning service my mom booked canceled the day of the appointment. Germana was not only able to schedule a deep cleaning for a move out immediately, she also arranged for a carpet cleaning that day, too. They are absolutely amazing and extremely kind. They saved the day for us, and the house looked perfect. We recommend them completely and definitely use their service again! ~ Bo N

Words can’t even describe how grateful I am for Restoration Cleaning & Organizing. I moved back to my childhood home and it needed a lot of cleaning. They called ahead of time to see what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and were ready to go the next day. While I was helping organize, I started feeling overwhelmed (I had a lot of stuff!), but they were great with reassurance. I’m so satisfied and will definitely use their services again! ~ Chandler E
